Monday, Monday

...can't trust that day.

So last night I set the alarm to wake me up for tennis this a.m. Alarm goes off, I hit snooze. Repeat several (Mom says 12, I say she's exaggerating) times, until Mom finally sends the dog in after me.

I am halfway through my 2nd cuppa when I realize it's Passover & my coach is Jewish, so I don't have tennis.

:-P

Mondays suck. I think they should be outlawed all together.

That sucks out loud. Mom wants to know what you did with your day after you found it free.

I vote for "went back to bed."

And Crystal's right about Mondays. At the very least they should start later.

Now that sounds like a plan.

Reading what? I'm in the mood for a new author or two. I just got done reading "The Wilde Women" by Paula Wall, and I was shocked at how good it was. I didn't sit it down once.

"Cheating at Solitaire," by Jane Haddam. Good mystery, great characters, but her politics aren't for everyone.

If you're looking for something really good, try Kat Richardson. "Greywalker" and "Poltergeist" so far. They're hard to describe, but "supernatural detective stories" is good. Like Anita Blake w/o all the sex. *g*
